About MVP Elite Sports
RAISING THE STANDARD
MVP Elite Sports exists to create a competitive, professional environment where female athletes can develop their game, get evaluated by real coaches, and pursue opportunities at the next level.
Our Mission
BUILT FOR THE SERIOUS ATHLETE
Girls flag football is one of the fastest-growing women's sports in the country — and the athletes competing in it deserve an organization that takes them seriously. MVP Elite Sports was built to fill that gap: a program that runs professional events, provides real evaluations, and creates genuine pathways to collegiate opportunity.
Mission Statement
“To provide competitive female athletes with the platform, exposure, and development they need to advance their game and pursue opportunities at the next level.”
What We Stand For
OUR CORE VALUES
Competition
We believe competition is the environment where athletes grow. Every MVP event is designed to challenge athletes, raise the level of play, and reward those who are committed to improving.
Opportunity
Every athlete who steps onto an MVP field deserves a real shot. We create structured pathways — from development tournaments to recruiting showcases — so athletes at every level have a clear road forward.
Athlete Development
Winning is important. But so is getting better. MVP events are designed to give athletes meaningful feedback, measurable progress, and the tools to keep developing long after the final whistle.
Professionalism
From event organization to coach interactions to athlete communications — everything we do reflects the standard we hold ourselves to. Athletes and families can expect a professional experience at every MVP event.
Integrity
We are honest about what we offer and what we don't. We don't make promises we can't keep. We don't inflate outcomes. We run a clean, transparent program that athletes and families can trust.
Raising the Standard
Girls flag football deserves better than disorganized events and empty promises. MVP Elite Sports is committed to raising the standard of what a girls flag football organization looks like — for athletes, coaches, and the sport itself.
What We Do
