Why MVP Elite Sports
THE RECRUITING RESOURCE FOR GIRLS FLAG FOOTBALL
Girls flag football is one of the fastest-growing women's sports in America. College programs are being built right now — and the talent pool is deep. MVP Elite Sports exists at the intersection of athlete development and collegiate opportunity. We organize the events, structure the evaluations, and make it easy for programs to find the athletes they're looking for.
How It Works
HOW COACHES CONNECT WITH ATHLETES
Attend a Recruiting Showcase
MVP Recruiting Showcases are our premier events designed specifically for college program attendance. Athletes are evaluated, profiled, and competing at a high level. You'll see real talent in an organized, professional setting.
Access Athlete Profiles
Athletes who participate in MVP Elite and Recruiting events receive formal evaluations and athlete profiles. Coaches can review profiles to identify athletes who fit their program's needs before and after events.
Interact Directly with Athletes
Recruiting Showcases include structured opportunities for coaches to interact directly with athletes in a professional, organized environment. No cold outreach required — the athletes are there to be seen.
Build Your Roster
The athletes competing in MVP events are serious about their sport and their future. They're motivated, evaluated, and ready. Your program gets access to a concentrated pool of talent that's already been vetted through the MVP pathway.
